Best Clan Combo for Covenant 25 Runs/Climb?
I'm still new to the game and wondering what people think is the best clan combo(s) to work up to covenant 25 runs. I've been using Umbra/Awoken so far and am around lvl5 or 6.

I recommend just rotating through the champions/clan combos so you gain experience with all of them rather than focusing on just one combo. All champions/clans are viable at high covenant (though yes, some are easier than others) and success at high covenant is more dependent on game knowledge and good deckbuilding than clan combo.

That said, to actually answer your initial question:
There are lots of strong clan combos. Anything with Little Fade is strong, especially Fade/Hellhorned or Fade/Awoken. Stygian is a strong clan in general, though depending on whether you're playing with DLC or without Tethys is either very rough or very strong respectively. Umbra tends to struggle hardest with the DLC, though they still have some good options.
Wurmkin is very strong in any combination, but especially with Hellhorned and Awoken.

Plenty of combos that can work, you just need to find synergies that you can build into being OP for the final battle. For the grind to 25 just find a few combos you can enjoy playing, otherwise it's going to get really old.

For my part my favorite was Hellhorned/Awoken. Wrathful Prince (with one level in Brawler if offered) + Spikes was generally pretty easy to run even as things got more cluttered and difficult. You pretty quickly pick up which artifacts and support cards will help the most.

If you're looking for ideas, NeverNathaniel has some great videos explaining strong builds for each faction. Start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIZCXHTPdCg&list=PLhbrBQ9aDouSXmk4m88s0D1GXokJEHcTJ
