Considering that these things take quite a bit of time, development, and testing, I'd not recommend holding your breath.
Also, considering that Shiny Shoe is working on a different game right now (not a card battler, but using some lore from the Monster Train universe), I'd also venture that any hopes of an official Monster Train 2 game are a long way off, if at all.
From the perspective of ignorance, which is where we all start out, every single post in this thread is totally unfounded - very much including those claiming there is nothing ahead.
I don't know what happened in the time space since posts got removed or why they were, but I don't want OP to get a bad impression of our community. *Current year* occasionally gets into useless arguments and to my experience has never ever backed down from an argument in a losing position. It's unfortunate, but that's nature. We support you.
And as you saw from their now cleverly deleted post, they were being 100% belligerent and never interested in the actual answer.
Appreciate your support even though you don't like what I have to say, but it is not really needed. I just state facts.
That's awesome to hear :).
I would buy a DLC / part 2 on day one!
