Wurmkin's strategies are often at odds with each other (reap/extract/eggs all compete for the same resources) but are each VERY powerful if you lean into one heavily.
So, further to Limdood's point above, your best bet is probably leveraging getting lots of echoes. If you lean onto the Stygian spell-heavy play, that opens the door for you getting lots and lots of cards played, which equals lots of echoes. This means you can either get a good egg play or make heavy use of 'Extract' cards, where most of the lower-level ones are free (which will only add to your spell-heavy play).
I'd probably go with exiled wurmkin, since without reliable healing and limited +armor/+hp available, you'll want to be able to snipe some of those backrow heavy hitters before they attack. It also conflicts with eggs and extract less than reap.
You also have the option of snagging a Titan Sentry and getting endless on it, toss it on the bottom floor and set the rest of your stuff up on the mid or top floor. Just keep in mind that you won't want to throw too many spells on that setup's bottom floor, or risk missing out on incant/inspire triggers higher up.
