Achievement Clarification please

Tried a few times to complete a run without using my Champion.

Finally beat it, except apparently I needed to use a special Mutator to remove my Champion.

From the description of the mutators it seemed that they would interfere with getting achievements.

You can actually get achievements with mutators on? That seems like it would make many of these really easy.

Mutators and challenges don't block achievements, just card mastery/covenant level/clan exp. You'll need the Fallen Champion mutator up for the championless achievement.

Good point. The description of mutators doesn't say anything about achievements but it is only natural to assume that they would lock achievements out because they lock out everything else and also because many other games do it that way. On the bright side, being able to use mutators should make some achievements a lot easier to get.

did the same. never used it nor upgraded it ^^ the dante challenge gave me the update easily tho

For the googly eye achievement you need to have a mutator on, I did the two at the same time. Not sure about the covenant achievements but I feel it would be cheating to do that.

You don't need to have a mutator for the googly eye achievement, you just need the eyes.
