Steamworld Quest
... and many more. It's becoming the new genre en vogue.
Krumit's Tale is crazy fun, too but I never see people mention it. It's coming out of EA this month.
Neoverse is similar to STS but a few different enough mechanics to make it interesting. (You take "missions"/challeneges each battle, and can get rewards of money, health, upgraded cards. Also you can use gold at the store any time, including in battle)
The game combines the rogue-like deckbuilder genre with RPG mechanics where you level up your character and unlock new skills. You can mix and match various races and classes and it offers a great modding support.
The game has so many synergies, "synergy" is an entire keyword in the game.
However, like I said, the UI and graphics are really bad compared to other deckbuilders (even dreamquest has its own charm with the stick figure cards).
