Golden card frame "reward"

Can you disable the golden card frames you earn? Im not a fan of those as they make all cards look samey.
As a reward I would rather have the cards become animated (as is the default right now).
Thoughts?

An option to disable gold frames is ok, just for the cosmetic "reward" not being a downgrade for some picky players.

Having the cards become animated as the reward is a terrible choice though, why take that away from people early in the game? The cards were designed to be animated, some of them tell a story through the animation that simply doesn't work as well without the animation making the story clear.
