i still havent been able to download new patch? for some reason it doesnt seem to download it automatically? ive tried everything :/ still on patch 20.4.0

We've just released an update to the Public Beta branch which contains changes allowing users to view and join network games across Steam. Details on how to access this can be found below:

- Open Steam
- Go to 'Football Manager 2020' within your Steam Library
- Right-Click on the game and select 'Properties'
- Select the 'Beta' tab
- Via the 'Select the beta you would like to opt into' dropdown, select 'public beta'
- Click 'Close'

Yesterday we released an update to the Public Beta branch which contains changes allowing users to view and join network games across Steam. Details on how to access this can be found below:

- Open Steam
- Go to 'Football Manager 2020' within your Steam Library
- Right-Click on the game and select 'Properties'
- Select the 'Beta' tab
- Via the 'Select the beta you would like to opt into' dropdown, select 'public beta'
- Click 'Close'

We believe the public beta roll-out has addressed the issue for most users, however for those of you here who are having issues, would be extremely useful if you could do the following to allow us to investigate your specific cases:

Contact help@sega.co.uk and provide the following:

- A save game uploaded as shown here - https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2020/238_how-to/241_pc/how-to-upload-files-for-support-r847/ - remember to include the name of your file within the email

- A log file called 'WORKSHOP_LOG_CHANNEL.txt' which can be located as follows:
- Click ‘File Explorer’ from within the taskbar (or click ‘Desktop/Start’ then type in ‘File Explorer’)
- On the header click ‘View’ and make sure above ‘Show/hide’ that ‘Hidden Items’ is ticked
- Navigate to C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020 C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\Logs

This worked for me and my friends. So far, so good.
MY game is stuck on the loading screen with a spinning circle, been this way since i downloaded the hotfix, ive uninstalled the game and re-installed, restarted multiple times, can anyone help please?

We've released a new hotfix 20.4.3, are you still getting the issue with this version?

Now online game works well. Thank you for these fixes!

Ruined it for me Up until the stupid update 2020 was best series yet, cannot get on or host an online game. Contacted Sega but nothing and takes ages for a reply so many nights missed. Disaster
