FM20 Auto substitution and tactics changes during matches

Hi everyone, has anyone else experienced the AI doing substitions and changes at the tactics and mentality of the squad during matches? I'm not talking about the automatically played ones, but those I directly participate in.
I do have scheduled tactics for those games i just skip, and till few time ago during those the AI never did any substitution. Now it does during the skipped matches, but also during the non skipped ones.
Am the the only one? how do I fix it? TY
