How to play against a team that controls possession?
I know a lot depends on the players that team is using, but speaking general tactics, how should I be playing?

If I recall correctly, Control Possession relies on waiting for the opportune moment to strike. They do not force the attack. The ball handler would rather hold on the ball than do a long strike or long pass.

So I guess the best way to counter it is to not allow the opposition time to set up their attack. If you have fast physically fit players, I reckon that Gegenpressing would work. Otherwise, one of the counterattacking tactics might work and hope one of their defenders trip on his other left foot while going back.

Good luck! :)
