Getting a Team-B from the board

I read somewhere, can't remember exactly where, that your board can give you a team B if your club doesn't have one. I play with Dinamo București which closed their team B in 2017 but started the program again in this spring.

After 4 seasons I have more than enough money to support the players and the staff for team B, but how can I request one from the board? Has anyone managed to get one?

Im already requested the Burton Albion U23 from the Board, and they agree to grant me. There will be the board request option, when it available. If not, just wait and keep increasing the club stature.

I allready have an U19 team, does U23 qualify as team-B?

I think it was there, sorry im forgot just when go to Club Vision and ask board, it showing up.
if u already have u18, and there's u19, so it was the reserves team. U21/U23/Reserves, is the same.
keep a note, that if u ask for reserve team, there's a bug confirmed by SI that u wont get invitation to u23 league or similiar. So you have to arrange friendlies every week. But some season later, my U23 joined a cup competition, that i dont realize before. it just happen.
