Problem with game preferences

Hi there! I have really annoying problem with game preferences. After each launch of the FM 2020, I change the interface setting- view from fullscreen to windowed, size of content to 95% and so on. After saving it everything is all right, but when I leave the game and launch it again all the saved preferences are gone and switched to default (fullscreen, 100% size, etc.). What problem is this? I really can't understand it. Thanks in advance!

Can you try deleting your cache and preferences folder, and seeing if that helps the issue in future start-ups: https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2020/238_how-to/241_pc/how-to-delete-my-preferences-andor-caches-folder-r841/

Thank you for the response! I tried to delete cache and preferences folders, then i started the game, all of the settings were reset and i changed them again - Windowed mode, 95% content size, skin, etc. After saving these preferences i quit the game and launched it again. Only changed skin was saved - windowed mode and content size were gone, i.e. game started in full-screen mode.

If it is important, i'm playing on the 14' Dell Latitude 5480, with i5 7200U, 16GB RAM, 240GB Kingston SSD and Intel HD620 vga.

After you delete have you restarted your system then launched FM?

No, i didn't restart the system, should i?

Try doing what Kyle suggested then reboot your system before you launch FM and see if that helps.
