First team players not available for Intra-squad friendly

OK, so I unthinkingly pushed the button on the email "Available first team players for Under 23s" match, thinking that it would set players that weren't in my first team lineup as available to the under 23s, so I could get all my best players going head to head.

Now no one is available to play for the first team as they are all "Ineligible". I figured the simple thing would be to go in and change their availability, which it looks like I'm only allowed to adjust the amount of playing time and not exclude them from the Under 23s squad altogether, which would be preferable. I don't really want to promote all my underlings up to the First team as a workaround. Am I missing a menu where I can get the first teamers back where they belong?

Happened to me once lol, its easily done and once I realised what I did I just went on holiday for the game. Told my chairman I was going to a funeral :P
