Is there a way to turn off club vision?

I actually dislike the vision and philosophies on the game and would like an option to turn it off.

Nope it's part of the game real managers have to deal with it so why can't we I like it brings more to the game

Club vision is just another thing that SI really needs to look at. It just is so ridged and not realistic. It's one of those things that was added, sounds great, and in concept, makes sense. The game is just not smart enough to make it realistic and immersive. I think it's something that is needed, but it's just too ridged and not realistic.

It's just that I want to create the team I want, and not being forced to play a certain style with a club. I am not against it as an option, but being forced is a bit of a bummer for me though.
