why does this company release ♥♥♥♥ versions of FM every year and rely on the users to comment and fix. we pay good money year in year out to wait 3 months for them to sort there ♥♥♥♥ out. this FM has to be the worst yet, injury after injury, strikers that never score. i cant believe how much they charge for a game that actually never functions till the jan update. sort your ♥♥♥♥ out!

I thought the beta played ok but this is garbage, possibly the worst game they have ever released.

Of all the actual issues: Those 35 shots no goals comments make me want to jump off a cliff every year. And this is in the age in which xG is becoming mainstream... Those players neither understand the game nor the game's AI, as the AI rightfully has only ever cared about the goals scored. (General observatioin, mind)

So why not go for the demo first then?
If it only gets worse every year then one would notice immediately. No need to buy the game. Demo first.

Everyone is hoping for better every year. That's the nature of it. But what does better mean from this particular perspective?
Better for some are better graphics. Better for others is social media etc.
Just "better" doesn't say a thing.
Better ME, if i go by the OP, can also mean a lot of things.

If it's the ME then, over time, it would be consistently be the same for everyone.

its easier to hit the corner flag than the goal this year. the game engine really ruins the experience right now! :(

Exactly. I have quit playing it, regretting buying it. Bought it blindly as reviews were good and I loved FM 2014 and 17.

i guess your one of the lucky one's then because most people are saying something different.You just have to scan the forum and posts to see that.Plus the demo is not the thing we get when it comes out at the end same with the beta.We buy it on the hope things will get better and we don't get something broken that we pay a lot of money for.

Regretted it after 5 hours of playtime, now after 20 i find it more and more frustrating and uninstalled it. Average 1 injury per match, top of the league injuries, 26% increase in injuries says the guy in charge over there. Half intensity in all training except 90-100 which is normal.
1v1 isnt happening. 30 shots on target and no goals. Meh, not enjoyable. Always more fun in February after last patch. Next year im not paying for a copy of this game.

you must be doing something wrong i have 30% decrease in injury, and once i started using CWBs my scoring came easier for some reason, also try and keep you guys above 90% as starters, otherwise rotate if posible. who is doing your training? his training hardness might be high, and if your doing it yourself you might be doing it wrong, i even have many of my rotates on double intencency in training. so it is doable.

i just dont understand why it takes till jan every year for them to sort out all the glitches. we pay good money for a functional game. if its not ready till jan dont release it. i have tried a few legues now and its the same issue. when you have plus 20 shots and the other team has under 5 and you always draw or lose there is something wrong.

I'm possibly lucky in certain aspects of it, sure.
I'm very well aware of the forums and posts. I'm active there and have been for a very long time.
Are there issues? Absolutely. Always have been and always will be. I know there is an issue with average ratings being too low. Could be related to issues with striker/teams not scoring enough goals on average. That's just one example. One example that i have reported to SI with a multitude of .pkms.
Just because a lot of people says something doesn't necessarily make it true, nor false.
As highlighted earlier; one player can't get goals through 1v1s. I do. Why is that?
Sometimes expectations and hopes of what one think one should see could be very different to what one should expect and see.

Beta is a test-phase. It's out for the public as SI gets a lot more relevant feedback on what's working and not instead of the in-house Beta.
One does not have to be involved in that.
Demo should absolutely be tried first if "it's always the same crap every year".
If people are buying because they HOPE it will be better, when it can be tested for free, is something that those people can blame themselves for.
But what do you actually mean with "demo is not the thing we get when it comes out at the end"?

I always pre-order. I always buy the game so i'm ready for the Beta. I'm treating it as a Beta and i know the good and the bad about the game series. I know what i find acceptable and not.
If i found something like the ME broken i would not buy the game the next year until i had tried the demo first.

If people want their issues to be looked at and fixed then SI would need more than "ME IS BROKEN - FIX IT"!
It says absolutely nothing.
