Is Sarah Connor and The New Day unlockable?

Or it was a timed thing that is no longer available? I bought the Ultimate DLC edition but those characters are locked.

Pretty sure that whole colab got cancelled and newer players cant get it.

terminator was a pre order and the new day was limited, you may be able to find that stuff on a 3rd party website
