Because they are console exclusive. While 1 has a remastered but only on xbox one and pc through microsoft store. If you want to play them on pc. Only way is through xbox 360 emulator. Which ofc you need to dump your legal owned copies of the games onto your pc.

They will probably remaster the trilogy (or whatever you can call it, if it contains Judgement too) and release on Steam, to build the hype before E-Day ;)
