I beat game at Inconceivable Difficulty but dont get achievement

The game says I only completed 93 out of 100 in the campaign, but in the game itself says I completed all chapters.

Okay, the game has global statistics on completion. Not in the save file itself, but in the game options. There you can see which chapter was not counted. Save-file says that I completed everything, but the built-in statistics in the settings do not. There I saw that in my case the first chapter of the second act was not counted. I replayed it and now I have received the achievement.

Have you tried logging it off and on again? It is a Macrosuck server.
