Theres Local Multiplayer Splitscreen?

i literally bought this game just to play with my brother, i used to play gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgament splitscreen with my brothers and friends on my console, and now that im on Pc and i saw this game on steam i wanted to play it on the same way

But it doesnt matter where i look i dont figure out how to play Gears 5 Multiplayer on Local, theres only online options

I would like to know if its even posible to play splitscreen cuz if it doesnt ill just refund the game cuz that was the only reason i bought it

I have seen people in game with the same name with a (1) next to it so I would assume there is, as to how to do it I have no clue as I don't use the feature myself.

Those would be console players using the guest account feature.
