Does not work on steam deck.

Valve shouldn't be prematurely marking games as "Playable". Bad Quality Control. Was looking forward to playing this on SD too.

Thank you for posting this. I didn't believe for a second that this was actually playable on Steam Deck and I didn't want to waste my time with the download and making space to find out.

The Steam Verification system really is pointless.

Once a few games have ratings that aren't correct, how can you trust any of the ratings to be accurate?

It works single player with latest ProtonGE it disables the anticheat

Yeah, but don't plan on anything to change. TC has to give the game permission. MCC only just got permission and that gets frequent updates while Gears 5 is pretty much moved on from.

I just tried to get it to work, redownloaded twice. GE Proton disables anti cheat which made the process more confusing when the stock configuration didn't work. They need to move this game back to unsupported.
