You can even headshot human sized enemies (except elite grendiers because of their helmet).
In general every assault rifle/distance one shot weapon combo is useful in this game.
For Jack himself: He will always follow Kait. So you can lure him into high cover where cannot be attacked but this is not very reliable. I suggest to be very aggressive.
The first part is the hardest: Kill the drones and juvies as quick as possible then rush to the center of the next room (there should be a big machinery in the middle). On the otherside are at least 2 drones and some juvies. You have to kill the drones because they will deal a lot of damage. If you flank them they usually reposition themselves. As i mentionned you have to be aggressive and push them back. When you have a Gnasher you can try Close quarter combat but it depends on the difficult you are playing on. Once the drones are dead/or some time has passed two Elite grenadiers will come through the door on the left. Throw some grenades and use the lancer to take them down.
The next part is a long hallway fight with 3 drones and some juvies. This should not be too difficult. use you assault rifle/sniper to kill them but do not waste all ammo yet!
The third fight is in the open. When you approach the trains a scion with a mulcher will spawn alongside 10-15 juvies. Run back immediately. Take the juvies out as quick as possible and the focus on the scion. If you have a long ranged weapon this should not be too difficult. You can also use the pathway that leads back to the elevator (where the frozen lake fight was). The Scion cannot pass that door and you can easily kill him but watch out for the juvies.
I hope that helped.
I wish I'd had enough patience to wait a little longer to be able to see your response but, unfortunately, I cheesed out, said "Who am I trying to impress?" (I am old and slow, lol) and set difficulty to 'Beginner' for the last section which was the Scion with Jack's health looking about like 1% or something.
BUT, reading your comments was great--helpful--beyond this one scenario because you pointed out some things I've been too "casual" about that if I start paying more attention to should help the rest of the campaign (so I don't have to reset to 'Beginner' heh heh)--being more aware of combos, enemy positioning/repositioning, armor types (e.g. Grenadiers and helmets), etc.
Thanks again!
edit: oh, and congratulations on 'Inconceivable'--just, WOW!, lol.
