find a way under the ice phosphorus issue
im having issues getting the phosphorus off of the skiff in the find a way under the ice part of transmission source mission in act 2. please help ive restarted game and pc already.

i had to get on the skiff and take a lap and come back for the magnifiying glass icon to show up
