Ranked Rewards

So I've recently tried Ranked Versus, but the rewards for the various ranks/tiers confuse me a bit.

A. 'Graduation' Rewards seem simple enough, you achieve a new rank and you get stuff right away (xp, coins, banner, mark, etc), limited to once per season. But each rank seems to have 3 tiers to it (Silver 1, Silver 2, Silver 3, etc), and reaching a new tier within the same rank seems to given you these rewards again in the end screen even though you already got them.

1. Is this a UI bug or does the game actually give you the the Graduation rewards every time you advance a tier within the same rank?


B. 'Seasonal' Rewards are apparently to be awarded at the end of a season and are dependent on the rank you are in at the end on that season. These rewards include weapon skins of their respective rank (silver skins for silver rank, etc). I have two questions regarding this:

1. Does merely attaining the bare minimum for a rank grant you the rewards (for example does reaching 30,001 GP allows you to get the Gold seasonal rewards and weapon skins) or do you need to achieve a higher tier within that rank to be eligible for the respective rewards?

2. When the season ends and the rewards are given out, do you get just the rewards for the rank that you were at, or do you get those plus and the rewards for ranks below you? (for example if you achieve Master rank do you get just the Master rewards, or do you also get the respective rewards for Bronze, Silver, Gold, Onyx and Diamond?).
