How come the DLC is not purchasable?

Does the base game come as complete? Is there a separate complete edition out there? Did they give the DLC away for free (a la Doom 2016)?

I would like to purchase the game, but a complete edition of it with all the DLC, so I get everything in one go.

There is a bundles section where you can purchase the Halo reach and Terminator content, if thats what you are asking for. Go to the in game store

the ultimate pack already comes with it, if not then do a 1 time subscription of gamepass and download it from there and youll have it here too and then unsubscribe and refund the gamepass

So it's an additional $9.99 for all of the ultimate edition extras.

From browsing through the item store, looks like all the content is more for multiplayer such as character and weapon skins. I'm guessing if you're for singleplayer, you should be more or less fine with the base game, unless I'm missing something here.

and you can claim the perks/rewards from the WWE wrestlers of course before the 4/12

With game pass ultimate just play the Gears Tactics tutorial for the Gabe Diaz character reward, all this already stay/remain in your Steam account.

not all the DLC just the Ultimate content, but the Terminator and WWE skins you have to buy no matter what which is 20 dollars which is dumb
