[KB+M] How to kick enemies and plant grenades?

Saw other players performed those two actions but can't figure it out in the midst of an intense match. Kicking as in the character causes those small slugs to fly in the air.

F you can also do a combo of F+F+ hold F this will stun normal sized grunts, so you can press F and finish them off. If you walk over to a downed drone and press E then change to your frags, this will plant a frag on them and you will kick them forward.

Grab an enemy with the pick-up / grab key (same key binding as when you grab a weapon) while the enemy is down, then use the key grenade (4) while holding the enemy ---> it will then plant the nade and kick the enemy in front of you!
