instead of useless cosmetics maybe launch a decent optimized game and the game would not be dead! god im so angry with you guys ruining my fav game franchise

No im running with gtx1070 i7 16gig3000 on 1080 only high settings! thats way more than recommended requirements! also all my drivers are up to date and my pc is just fine running games much heavier than gears 5!
ive heard people playing gears 5 just fine on some high end systems like gtx 2080ti or sth like that but im talking about general population with decent but not high end rig!
the game easily runes 60fps on 1080p and my cpu,gpu and ram usage are just normal, the temp is below 50 and game just crashes out of nowhere! not optimized period.

The GTX 1000 series does NOT work with this game, it also does NOT work with gears of war 4 unless you use a very very old driver (aprox 2.5 years old)

I used to feel pity for the coalition launching this bad! not anymore they brought this on themselves.
huge microtranstions scam,the ultimate edition is an insult, optimization is terrible(gears 4 was worse :|| ) and supports are just idle bot :)

If you want to play swap to AMD, or a 2000 series nvidia

understandable but it's not the player's rigs fault when the recommended literally shows a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660ti. So what youre saying is it's blatant false advertisement?

Yes, the devs know the game doesn't work on 1070/1080 for over 2 years. They've tried and tried but never fixed it

What are you talking about? I am using a GTX 1070 Ti (430.86) without any issues.

I have a GTX 1070 TI and it works fine, I suspect more likely it's a memory leak somewhere.

exactly.
with 16Gigs of ram and Gtx 1070 having 8Gig of Gddr5 i get GW513!
Ive heard somewhere that, its the ulrta hd free downloadable dlc that causes memory leak but no i removed it fully and still the game crashes! i fully dedicated memory allocation to the program,still again crashes due to instability of Vga and memory errors again.
there is not much more to say the game has coding bug somewhere which apparently forget to send and request data over time, that uses tons of capacity and causes game to crash! Thats why people with high end rigs dont crash as often or none! do the math more memory=higher capacity=takes more time to run out! i really hope they fix it i love gears franchise. :(

What I did was uninstall the HD Pack and set my settings to High, I haven't had a crash since.

yes i did it too. It crashes a lot less (takes a lot longer to crash,after 3 or 4 hours it will crash tho)
