So i take it 1080p won't benefit at all from the ultra HD textures compared to the amount of additional resources used?

It doesnt hurt to enable it if your system can handle it...

But if I can't even see the difference with my eyes, why should I sacrifice even 5 FPS. The problem is, the dev doesn't describe what actually this Ultra HD Textures is. If this just 4k textures pack, then I won't need to install it.

Sounds like you have to figure that out for your self there bud.

Ultra texture pack will help sharpen textures at any resolution and it shouldn't have any perfmance impact as long as you have the VRAM needed, if you dont have the VRAM that is when you will see FPS drops.
