Why is the sound SO LOW on the Dialogue!?

All the volume options are maxed.. without subtitles I wouldn't know wtf they were saying. Is this just an issue in the Boot Camp? Or is it like this the entire game? This game also sounds different than anything else I've played - is that Dolby Atmos? Why does it sound like Del is talking through a vacuum down a long hallway at low volume?

Same problem here, i use Steelseries arctis 3 gaming headset on Realtek HD Audio driver, set as 5.1 system. Maybe i should try 7.1, not sure.

It sounds so bad I think I am actually just going to refund. I noticed the different effects of Atmos just on the opening menus with the dev/publishers, etc.

Apparently surround sound (5.1 and 7.1) is broken on some or all sound cards. Use stereo.

I already refunded the game. Not worth $60 right now. Maybe 50% off by Christmas sale when no one is playing it anymore by then.

The game ran fine. I have a RTX 2070, i5-9600K, and 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz.

It just sounded like ♥♥♥♥.

How do you play in stereo?

I saw no options for anything in audio aside from volume sliders.

It happened to random player without a specific fix at the moment for no audio or low audio issue. There been some random fix that help with other player such as change the plugin from back to feont or vice versa. Those using USB 7.1 jack chg to stereo jack and vice versa, change your headset or speaker.

Thankfully this worked for me! My audio device hardware has been at 5.1 for a long time, but this game didn't work with that setting.

Mine is set to stereo and I can barely hear anything. Realtek HD here as well.
