The campaign, though? Not so much. Just because it's not 4 player co-op doesn't make it actually worse, imo.
I'm curious to know how much more and what kind of content the past games had that this does not. 12 multiplayer maps seems like a lot on launch.
They added 25 more maps and lots of characters. Now they plan to add even more regularly and for free ... so OP is just being an OP and you know what OP is ... right?

Coop campaign, Coop Horde, Versus and the new new wonderful coop Escape mode. And an editor! The game has TONS of content and I don't even play much versus at all.
Horde is better, campaign is better, graphics are better, new escape coop mode is great and we have it on steam
