If you search for it, there was a thread about your problem a day or two ago, iirc the suggested fixes from someone else with the problem was to connect your headset to your computer via USB, and/or make sure your audio is set to Stereo. They're using some tech-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to force surround sound, and it's screwing up a good number of people that use headsets, or already have a surround sound speaker system.
There was another thread that claimed logitech headsets in general were having issues, and they had to delete the headset from the logitech program in order to get it to work.
I would suggest searching for terms such as "no sound", "adudio issues", or even the brand/model of your headset, as I believe all have been mentioned in previous posts about this issue.
I know I have no audio at all with my surround sound speakers, no matter how I change settings or set things up, and I'm not going to go out and buy a USB headset just for this game.
