Stuttering, freezing, hitching, crashing, this game got them all.

I don't know if the official driver on 10th of september will fix these issues or not.
The game would freezes really bad for 2 or 3 seconds when entering new areas or when the cutscenes start playing or when there are a lot of enemies around. Sometimes i don't even know what's the cutscenes were all about because of the game only shows me the first few frames of the cutscenes then it freezes for eternity to the point i don't have any other choice beside skipping the cutscenes. Also random crash, don't forget the random crash.

I get a bit of the stuttering as well
and only when loading into and out of zones (this might just be the game loading tbh)
but the cut-scenes are what's bothering me the most + I tried setting the framerate for cut-scenes on unlimited but that seemed to help for only one or two scenes then back to the stutteryness

this might also be caused by the gpu not being in performance mode so it's down-clocking while there's low load in the video

Probably driver-related issue. Wait until Sept 10 to download latest GeForce Driver.

I think it's related to the Ultra HD texture pack. It makes the cutscenes which rendered in real time really heavy even for most modern GPUs.

It is not about Ultra Resolution Pack - I have disabled the pack and still having those issues during cutscenes

My PC is always running on performance mode.
