Fix for those that crash to desktop after launch.
I spent 2 days trying to find the fix for this. For myself and others, the fix is to disable your Soundblaster X-Fi card in the device manager. Loaded fine after doing that.

Yes thats the problem.

i solved the issue.
Change in Windows the primary Sound Adapter.
Is primary my Creative X-Fi , -> Black Screen and Crash to Desktop.
a Other Sound Adapter is Primary -> Game works.

so stupid ...

wow and i have my windows new installed etc. etc. ...

I don't have an X-Fi and I get crashes and blue screens on a 2070 super.

The latest according to GeForce experience is 436,15. Is there a newer driver?

I haven't got the Soundblaster X-Fi Card but I fixed the problem by returning to an old version of Nvidia
