It's what I've done purely because I'm a lazy sack who prefers all my games in one place.
You will not miss anything if you get the full game on Nutaku or S-Court. It's the same end price for all options though so you have no wrong choice.
If you've bought the all-ages version, then you can buy a patch to add the sex scenes. Alternatively, you can just buy the 18+ version from s-court or Nutaku. There are additional add-ons that can be bought from s-court as well (e.g. the GP-01 DLC). Ultimately, if you want all of the content, it probably makes the most sense right now to just buy the 18+ version which includes GP-01 already instead of buying the all-ages version, the patch, and GP-01 separately.
https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=116 (18+ game and GP-01 DLC)
All of the major 18+ stuff from s-court can be found here:
https://dl-en.s-court.me/top.php?tag=none&tc=1
but you do have to read a bit carefully, because they sell the pieces both separately and together, and it can get confusing. Right now, if you wanted it all, you'd buy
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=116 (18+ game and GP-01 DLC)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=106 (Visual Pack)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=119 ("naturally sadistic, sweet little devil" personality)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=120 (the patch to make "naturally sadistic, sweet little devil" personality work with GP-01)
That's all of the major DLC, and any further major DLC (e.g. GP-02 or any further maid personalities) will show up there. Each of the items bought there have to be downloaded and installed via an installer just like the game. However, within the game, if you choose to go to the store from the main menu, it will take you here:
https://com3d2-shop-en.s-court.me/top.php?lo=0
which includes a bunch of different costumes, additional sex scenes (which they call yotogi), dances, etc. which unlike the major DLC need to be downloaded while the game is running rather than having a separate installer. You also need to read what you buy there carefully, because while the site remembers what you've bought, it's not smart enough to realize that you've bought the individual items when you've bought a set that includes them (and if you buy much of the stuff there, you'll probably want to buy the sets).
And of course, the latest update patch can be found here:
http://com3d2.world/r18/update/
However, none of that will get you an uncensored version of the game. You'll get the various personalities, outfits, sex scenes, etc. that have currently been released for the international version, but just like the Japanese version, you'll have mosaics on the genitals. If you want to remove the mosaics, then you need to install mods. This guide explains how to do that as well as providing an easy download to get what you need:

The steam version is currently 36dollar while the s-court version is 61.20dollar.
Is this correct or am im seeing it wrong.
Because you guys are saying that the steam version is only 5dollar cheaper.
Also, is the dlc worth it?
Thanks and cheers
Both s-court and steam are currently have a sale, so the prices are lower than normal, but they match up, so everything is still basically the same. The all-ages version on steam is currently $4.50 cheaper than the base 18+ game (whereas normally it's $5), while the 18+ patch currently costs $4.50 (whereas normally it's $5). You're looking at the wrong item on s-court's site. The one that currently costs $61.20 is the base 18+ game plus GP-01, not just the base 18+ game. The base 18+ game by itself is currently $40.50.
I already explained all of the separate pieces in my post above, but what they currently have are
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=101 (base 18+ game)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=105 (18+ patch for the all-ages version)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=117 (GP-01 DLC)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=106 (visual pack)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=119 ("naturally sadistic, sweet little devil" personality)
* https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=120 (the patch to make "naturally sadistic, sweet little devil" personality work with GP-01)
They then sell some of the items together:
https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=116 (base 18+ game plus the GP-01 DLC)
https://dl-en.s-court.me/item.php?iid=118 (18+ patch for the all-ages version plus the GP-01 DLC)
If you're buying anything from the s-court page, you really need to read what it says carefully, or you're likely to accidentally buy the same thing multiple times or otherwise misunderstand what you're buying. However, you're not going to save anything by buying from steam unless they happen to have a sale going at the moment, and s-court doesn't, but they both have a sale going at the same time right now, so you won't save anything buying from steam.
As for whether the DLC is worth it, that's really up to you. If you want to see what each of the items contains, then look at its product page on s-court, and more information can be found by looking for something like "Please check COM3D2+ GP-01 Home Page for more details," which will contain a link to more details about that item (that of course being the bit from the GP-01 DLC). I don't know why they don't just put all of the information directly on the product page, but they don't.
However, to give a brief overview, the Visual Pack adds a number of costumes and accessories (similar to the DLC you can buy through the store linked to from in the game) as well as a couple of rooms.
GP-01 adds several yotogi (sex positions / situations), a new game mode, some more body options, some dances, and a few accessories for your office. It also matters a lot for what major DLC you buy going forward, since some stuff either requires GP-01 or doesn't work with it. e.g. the "naturally sadistic, sweet little devil" maid personality base version does not work with GP-01, requiring that you buy a patch to make her work with GP-01 if you buy GP-01. But it's possible that at a later date, a personality could be released that just requires GP-01. So, ultimately, if you're doing much with this game, you'll probably want GP-01, but unfortunately, the way that the game is put together makes it so that you have to be careful with each major piece of DLC to see whether it's incompatible with GP-01 or requires it.
The in-game store links to here:
https://com3d2-shop-en.s-court.me/top.php?lo=0
which primarily gives you the opportunity to buy new outfits, new hairstyles, new yotogi, new dances, and new in-game events (at least some of which are sex scenes separate from yotogi). It's similar to what you'd get with GP-01 but broken up a lot more with a lot more of it (and of course, the actual items are completely different). As with the major DLC, you do need to read what's there carefully, since it's easy to accidentally buy the same thing twice, since most everything is sold both separately and in sets.
As to whether any of the DLC is worth it...
In general, whether buying any new maid personality is worth it depends on whether you're going to enjoy having a maid in the game with that personality. You get dialogue and scenes that are exclusive to that maid, so it can be a decent chunk of new content, though what kind of content it is will probably vary based on the maid. And not all content works with every maid personality (which s-court has not done a good job of making clear). I think that part of the problem stems from the fact that they're not releasing stuff in the same order that it was released in Japan (rather the order that personalities are being released for the international version depends on polls that they've been doing).
Whether buying new clothes or hairstyles is worth it of course depends on whether you want to use those on your maids.
Whether new yotogi are worth it depends on how much you care about having a variety of options during sex scenes.
Whether the dances are worth it depends on whether you care about the in-game dances.
Whether the events are worth it depends on whether you want that extra content. A number of them include sex scenes (some of which are more lovey-dovey and some of which are part of the NTR route).
Ultimately, if you buy it all, you'll be spending hundreds of dollars quite easily (probably thousands by the time they're done releasing DLC for the game), and most people probably won't want to buy it all. This game was very much designed with a Japanese audience in mind where it's not abnormal to expect customers to spend hundreds of dollars on new content over time, and plenty of folks on Steam and Facebook think that it's overpriced.
If you have no clue how much you're going to like the game, then it probably makes sense to just start out with the base 18+ version and then buy the major and minor DLC based on how much you like the game and what interests you. If you _really_ have no clue whether you're going to like it and want to take advantage of steam's two hour refund policy, then I guess that it would make sense to buy the steam version and then buy the 18+ patch rather than just buying the 18+ version directly, since s-court doesn't normally refund stuff. The game isn't actually any cheaper that way though.
Somebody give this guy/woman a cookie!
Thank you for the information and explanation.
Moderator better pin this up.
If you're on the version of the s-court site that's in English, then it sells the "international" version of the game, and so yes, it's in English:
https://dl-en.s-court.me/top.php?tag=none&tc=1
Now, if you go to the Japanese version of the site (note the lack of -en in the link):
https://dl.s-court.me/top.php?tag=none&tc=1
it's in Japanese and sells the Japanese version. It has a lot more COM3D2 DLC as well as other games - but of course, they're all in Japanese.
The Japanese version has way more content than the international version. There are major DLC such as GP-02 and a lot of maid personalities that have not yet been released for the international version. And with how slow they've been at translating the maid personalities (we've only gotten _one_ additional personality thus far, though a second one is supposed to be coming soon), I expect that there's a good chance that they're releasing maid personalities for the Japanese version faster than they're getting them into the international version.
And as for the more minor DLC (such as outfits, yotogi, dances, etc.) that can be bought via the in-game store link, there's also a lot of content that the Japanese version has that we don't. For the international version, they release new, minor DLC every week, so if they've been doing the same for the Japanese version, presumably, we'll never catch up (though just like with the maid personalities, they're not necessarily releasing the minor DLC in the same order that they did for the Japanese version). You can compare the minor DLC pages and easily see the huge difference in the amount of content between the two versions:
international version: https://com3d2-shop-en.s-court.me/top.php?lo=0
Japanese version: https://com3d2-shop.s-court.me/top.php?lo=0
Even if they were to stop releasing new content for the Japanese version while continuing to add the existing content to the international version, it would probably be years before we got it all (especially with how slow they are with the maid personalities).
Yeah. My guess is that it relates to the fact that a fair bit of translation work is required for the personalities, whereas the smaller DLC mostly requires very little translation work, but regardless of the reason, given how far behind we are, it's pretty painful how slow they are at putting out new personalities.
Thank you for the info and links!
