This is no longer available due to various reasons, but mainly not having the time and underestimating the commitment needed to keep everything updated and working together/not playing as much as I would want to.

Other people offer this and do an excellent job maintaining it and keeping it updated so I suggest looking in the discord, Reddit or around on the discussion forum and go from there. My apologies.

***The R18 patch is not included in this pack. It is an off-site patch[dl-en.s-court.me]you have to buy.***

Guide has been improved and adapted into an AIO (All in One) mod for the International version of the game and for your easy installation pleasure.

This is the bare minimum you need to get started.

So, what is included? Glad you asked!

BepInEx Sybaris AIO[github.com] - Framework/Mod loader
Bodyv2[www.hongfire.com] - High res female body/skin /w shapekeys.
ModLoader[github.com] - Enables loading of any files that game would call from its .arc files from Mod folder.
MaleUncensor[custommaid3d2.com] - Male member.
ShapeAnimator plugin [ux.getuploader.com] --Translated by me. -- Allows you to adjust your maid using shapekeys (Open holes with sliders, etc). You can also create your own shapekeys using Blender and have them working in-game. Works in edit maid mode, Studio mode and Yotogi mode. Open plugin with F4.
YotogiSlider[github.com] - Automates the opening of holes during Yotogi mode. (Only works in Yotogi mode.) Open plugin with F5.
com script loader[discord.me] -- BepInEx script loader + uncensor script

I've personally tried the "Making tattoo, Lip and/Mole mod" and adding shapekeys with Blender. Both work fine.

If you are having an issue where the game still is not uncensored after applying the patch and installing the AIO, you clearly did not read the guide which explains in detail what to do. You will get no help with this from me.

Yeah, the offic translation is stiff at times, but the usual sybaris pack really messes the game up.

A lot of the mods on the Google Doc mod list don't work with this version of COM3D2 atm, I downloaded almost all of them off the Public Uploader.jp list and went into the game seeing what was broke and what wasn't. Needless to say, out of the thousand or so I downloaded, only about 80 worked flawlessly. It just took me a whole day straight to find which mod was which to uninstall after I found they were broken. Was the struggle.
NOTE: I only downloaded the ones that had a preview link that I could see before downloading.

You can make the folder if it doesn't exist. Be sure it's in your main directory where your .exe's are.

i tried to follow the guide, downloaded everything, extracted everything in the com3d2inm folder.
but somehow this "Sybaris\UnityInjector" is nowhere to be found.

i'm totally lost. if anyone can help explaining it to me :/

Well problem number 1 is you installed multiple mods at once. It might be a pain in the ass to check every mod one by one but it ends up being faster if you need to troubleshoot

Oh boy, you got yourself into a mess there.

For starters, you didn't need to place the R18 patch files into your install directory. You can delete them now or move them somewhere else as I see you've already extracted them. If you've already run the patch inside the folder "com3d2inm_adult_update_dlc" and pointed it to the correct location, you can also delete that folder too.

No idea what these BepInEx SybarisLoader Patcher rar files are. I'd suggest deleting them and starting again. I thought the guide was pretty simple to follow, my apologies if it is not. I'll try making some step-by-step videos on the different steps. This will take a while as I'll need to record, edit and then upload them.

Some people find it easier to follow visuals than written instructions, which is understandable as reading walls of text can get boring and confusing quickly. I'll get onto it as soon as I have some spare time. In the meantime, you could try re-reading the guide slowly and following every step exactly. Or you can just wait for me to do the videos.

It's in the first file you download from this guide.

You need to extract its contents to the root of your game directory.

You don't download them, you download the "COM3D2.BepInEx_Sybaris_AIO_190510.zip" file in the assets just below them and then extract that to your main directory.

ah okay thank you now i got that UnityInjector the question now is what files from "You put all files in "Sybaris\UnityInjector" " is it YASD+ ? and is the map UnityInjector or the map inside that one named config where i need to paste everything?

Yes, you extract everything from YASD+ to UnityInjector. (Which is located in your Sybaris folder.)
