Well the thing is...
The game is not as casual as it might seem, quite the opposite, way too many greasy 20 somethings and older people from the speedrun community making the game quite impossible for people to play because there is no true matchmaking.

Crowns are scarce and winning for new players is just impossible. 10 crowns for a full costume is absurd.

Many people really on seasonal rewards....all of them can be achieved in one month even if you play it a couple of minutes a day and we have not gotten a new season in 6 months.

The epic update broke the game for many people plus some people have a thing against EPIC, I won't elaborate on this point.

It was cool at first but it is quite a chore now.
