I gave the slime the mushroom brew. What now? Seriously, I enjoyed the first game, but having to spend half a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hour clicking everything without nowing what to do is making me consider refunding this one

so I went to the Tophat website to get the patch, but it (and all the others, it seems) have been removed. where does one get it now?

There was no instruction whatsoever, so after applying the patch, was the window's title supposed to be "ver.1.5.0"? Because before applying the patch it was "ver.1.5.3". Then there was also Licca's scene glitch at the very beginning that the save file that comes with the patch went around....
