Is this like Silent Hill?

Did a small search on steam for games like Silent Hill and this is the closest one I found. So, is it? I don't wanna watch too many vids to avoid any spoilers.

Both have a third person view, and the second Episode of Song of Horror is a homage to Silent Hill. Unlike Silent Hill, characters don't directly attack the entity (Called the Presence) in the game, but instead run/hide from it, with minigames being the main way to escape (Revolving from controlling your breathing to avoid drawing attention to yourself, and timed button presses to keep your heartbeat steady while hiding)
