The correct door to use it on is upstairs, down the hall on the door behind the desk (in that same area across the room the garage door remote was found).
Within the newly opened room you will find an item to progress further
Maybe it changed slightly something, For example, in EP2, I remembered to pick up the key in messy clother in the bathroom, but right now, it changed the position into the living room.
Did you press the "USE" button/key in that door?
If you're still having problems, do not hesitate to contact us at support@raisergames.com.
A video file of the problem it would be much appreciated.
1. Find the Ring on the counter at the kitchen.
2. Examine the Ring in the inventory, and try to rotate the ring and spamming the A button on the controller or the E key on the keyboard until the game automatically centered the broken part on the ring and changed the item name to "broken key" or something like that.
3. Find the super glue in Julia's room, on the desk at the right-down corner.
4. Open inventory, highlight super glue and press Y button on the controller or the R key on the keyboard to trigger the combination action, then highlight the broken key and press the Y button on the controller or the R key on the keyboard again.
5. If done right, the broken key will now have glue on it, use that at the door which have a broken key stuck in the lock to open it up.
