Has anyone found all 5 tarot cards?

You know, as much as you can call them tarot without them actually being tarot cards.

I spent a while looking and couldn't find 2 of them. The only two ideas I have are:

1) Somewhere in the well/crypt, since you can't return there?
2) Behind that door that stays dangerous until even the end of the stage?

I didn't write down the ones I did find but here's what I remember:

1) Just sitting on a bench in the same room as the confessional, hard to miss.
2) In the hands of the altar that was built at the end of the graveyard.

Well, at least we know it is there, but I were unable to open it. Maybe it's related to the other haiku.

All I had to do was run up to it and it opened

I had only the silver key and I walked to the crypt again and again for a while and after several attempts it finally opened. I think it is random when it happens.

So is it grabbing the librarian's key that triggers the crypt to open for a short time or is it something else?

Or maybe opening graves near the crypt before opening grave with the key

I think it's not related to the librarian's key, since it opened for me when I first entered the cemetery in my last playthrough.

Something I noticed is that the game will prevent you to save and exit the game when the Crypt opened, until you entered another room. This behavior is similar to when you triggered some random paranormal activity where you are in so called "Elsewhere" (like endless corridor in episode two), so it may be a random event.

So I was able to get the door in the graveyard to open only AFTER a presence attacked me (specifically the door one, I went back into the chapter house) Can any1 confirm if it's possibly tied to a presence attack?
