Restart from the beginning after 1 death
In my first run I lost all four characters in chapter one and had to restart from the beginning. Death is permanent and fell into to many traps so everybody died. No big deal the game is fun.
I restarted the game and reached the part where you get the heavy key then I forgot to check a door and died like an idiot. It was my first character but the game restarted from the begining, I dont understand why. Is there a point in the story where you cannot continue ?

As far as I know every character in chapter 1 is expendable as long as at least one is alive to continue the game. The only character who results in an instant fail if they die is one you unlock in chapter 2.
i died already 3 times now, glad i´m not alone lol

i died so many times, theres no saving chance, i lost my patience to replay the game all over....

This is a known bug.

This is a known bug.

so this was never fixed? I just experienced it and it's MAY 2020 now.

This was a known issue when Song of Horror was first released, but it only caused trouble on pirated versions. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue, could you please send the following data to support@raisergames.com?

- Build ID
- Your save file and the path where it's located

As soon as we receive the information, we'll investigate it.
