How to take a Soraks head?

I am on the quest for a Sorak head, and I just finished the fight with some Soraks in the library, And one of my team said "I'll get the head" but she never does.

I don't see it in our inventory, and there are 3 dead Soraks on the floor but you can;t do any action on any of them, soooo...

How do I get that head so i can go home?

It should happen automatically right after your character makes that statement and the cutscene ends. If that didn't happen for you, then you probably ran into the same bug that others have reported at that point. I'm not sure how far back you'd have to go to get clear of it.

Well i took the crown, maybe that did it? let me reload a save and try again.

one of your characters will say something about the quest being done once you have the crown.

Then a different one says; "Is it? Did someone cut off a Soraks head? OK, I'll do it"

Then it is done without you having to go do it. It just gets done.

Keep in mind the person who says they will cut of the head might not be the actual person with the head in their inventory so make sure you look through everyone's inventory.

I’ve never looked in inventory for the head nor recall a cutscene actually showing it (just the cutscene mention of it as someone mentioned above). If your quest says return home then you should be good. If your quest is still telling something different after the cutscene of taking the crown then yeah, bugged.

Edit: You will find it in your inventory once a party member say it's done.

That is not true I have seen it after the cut scene when I did an ammunition check on everyone.
