having trouble

I'm at level 4 and the main quest says "fallow the crown bearers intuition". There is no quest marker and only two destinations on the map(cleared), I've been everywhere and talked to everyone but i cant get the game to progress. Im not sure if this is a bug or I'm just missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you need to look at the over world map. pan west or left on it. look way over there to a question marked place. its a longer trek than you ever made yet so bring food.

I am at that point too. I saw the quest and asked myself "ok, but where is that?" Then I went to the world map (exiting the city) and a new location appeared on the map.
