Romance?

I'm thinking of buying this game but have a few questions, so I hope someone here can provide me an answer!

Does this game have romance options?
Does this have a Character Creation? Can I play a Female and different races like Elves?
Does this game have cutscenes or different camera settings or is it only from above?
Does it have a good story?
Is It a short game or relativly long?

Based on your questions, I feel that "Solasta" is NOT the right game for you and "Baldur's Gate 3" might be a better fit.

It has a moderate length campaign, no romance, yes elves, yes character creation, it has a large collection of User Created Campaigns. It doesn't lend itself to romance because most players play as 4 or 6 party members at a time, but a creator could add a romance line (I've never seen one). It has cut scenes, it has a good story

Maybe try Pillars of Eternity, I or II.

have you tried divinity original sin 2? its also from larian studios just like bg3 and it also has romance

Wait, where is that good story? I'm somewhere in the middle of first campaign and I have to say the writing is absolutely atrocious (I don't mind low-cost voice acting in the least, but the story is just bad).

That being said, it's pretty nice simulation of DnD 5E (if you can live with broken spell casting in this edition), which is what I was looking for.
