Report a translation problem
It does work with multiplayer, there is a way to export your settings so the other people can import it and everyone will have the same settings, which will cut down on de-sync issues.
I strongly recommend it. You might play one campaign without it, then try it, just to see the amount of stuff it provides to the base game.
If there are bugs in it, like a certain ability not working as it should, you can report that on the discord in the Unfinished Business Mod channel and they're still active to fix things.

All the extra classes, spells, and Feats, etc are just a huge bonus but if they feel overwhelming, you can just ignore them for now.
