Is the Dragonblade removed from the main campaign?

I decided to start a new party to run through the whole main campaign to import into palace of ice and I cannot find the dragonblade recipe anywhere. I would've expected it to be sold by Heldon Surespell but I can't find it in any vendor. I've done all the main quests up to lava forest, is there a late game vendor that I'm forgetting about that it or the recipe? or is the dragonblade just gone from the main campaign?

I am not sure if it is still in or not, I do know they moved the recipes around so it might be on an unexpected merchant.

I'm not sure where to get it's crafting manual for that or the punisher battleaxe now, my old save didn't update shop inventory for Coparann or Caer Lem (so there is stuff that is literally impossible to craft in that save).

Aslo not sure where to get crafting manuals for:
Black Viper
Leather Armor of Flame Dancing
Breastplate of Deflection
Studded Armor of Leadership

dragonblade recipe is sold by one of the orc clan vendors

i think it was the traitorous one

Nooooo! Why did they move Dragonblade and Black Viper to the orcs? All the orc merchants were bugged in my playthrough, and I couldn't interact with any of them. I'm way past the volcano area now, so is it impossible for me to get them now?

Is there ANY way to get items, now that bugs have ruined my ability to get it?

Probably will have to use a mod. There is a mod called Unfinished Business that can add items among a slew of other things. You should be able to install it to add just those and just not enable anything else - everything is off by default IIRC

Thank you for the suggestion! I didn't know that was an option. I assume it's possible to install and enable in an already existing playthrough?

You can also use the mod to add just the recipe instead of the finished blade if you want to do things somewhat legitimately and craft them yourself.

And yes its possible to install on an existing playthrough.

That's the plan. I have the Fire Shard and the Queen Venom for both blades. I'm sitting on a pile of gems and crafting materials that I also want to turn into gear, like the Stormbinder Warhammer, Punisher Battleaxe and a +2 shield, so my Wizard is going to be busy with her Manacalon Rosary.

The dragonblade was a bit of a disappointment (due to fireresistance), but the punisher axe is great and works everywhere. I still used it to whack the mobs late in PoI.
