Lightbringer Longbow? Where is the recipe?

Newish player.
Clearly the wiki is not just lacking, but misleading:
Recipe
- Sold by Circe Gerardoirin in the Manacalon Ruin

I've gone through that list, and its not among the sharpness and robust and such recipes.

Everyone keeps suggesting the Lightbringer Longbow is great early on, but none on where this recipe is found.

Ive checked the Circe Gerardoirin (both the items i can buy, and the things i lack rep to buy, which are all armor and shields) and the library too (including the back room with the push-over bridge that you seem to have to teleport/fly to).

Have you progressed the story far enough? At some point they reclaim the tower an set up a base.. If I recall correctly Circe Gerardoirin does in fact sell it.. but it wasnt till later in my playthrough..

My rep with the faction is 77, which is almost maxed.
We have done this location, and the dark tower after it.
She does NOT have it in her inventory yet (if ever? I couldn't find anything, anywhere, that confirmed she does sell it, but if you say she does, then is this Max Rep only?).

If anyone has a screenshot of the recipe (also something apparently elusive) that might help.

I recall reading in the patch notes they moved recipes around. I haven't gotten to the point in the new coop for CoTM to verify but I would trust Lareonis over the outdated wiki.

[Doombringer]

The patch on the 25th changed all shops and a lot of crafting and prices in the original campaign.
The good crafting recipes are mostly sold by Hedlon Surespell in the 2nd floor of the tavern/inn and require Brotherhood reputation with Arcaneum to get now.
