As i understand, there are 5 voices available. 2 male, 2 female, and 1 gender neutral.
What I generally do when making a party is 2 males and 2 females (which i tend to do anyway with parties of 4) and then just give them each a different voice.
Note, you can change the used voice on the character info screen somewhere after creation.
The idea Grumpy Old Men proposed in another thread to place sliders in that can adjust the bass and treble would get around them having to do that.
With the base game the only thing you can change is the voice used. I pretty much tune them out or skip through the dialogue for both main campaigns, it isn't an issue with the community made campaigns as they aren't voiced. I actually like how dialogue is handled in the community made campaigns it allows you to put your own voice on the dialogue in your mind.
But you are restricted to the gender you choose for the voicelines, so only 3 options.
Its something atleast, in case you realy dislike a voice midgame, you can change it.
