True, though that horn doesn't have an effect you can cast with it outside the regular bardic inspiration plus your base spells. Right now it seems like they are designed to be swapped out with the default instrument. I didn't try the horn, the flute of respite though does allow me to cast all the spells, it does seem to shut down my bardic inspiration though. I don't think it is a bug in a coding sense, I do think it is bad design though.
yeah but we like to play with a bit of RP while playing our character with my friends. So a bard without an instrument seems weird to us. We will buy a universal focus so he can keep the blasting horn. It's just to make a remark about how the horn should be a instrument focus
