Only 3 magic-items??
I know, I know; it is proper D&D 5E tabletop rules to only allow 3 "bound" magic items, however I wish that weaker items didn't require attunment. Things like Ring of Poision resistance, that's just one minor damage type, it shouldn't require one of my few magic-item slots to have it. At least in my opinion.
In my tabletop game our houserule is only "powerful" magic-items require attunement. I wish there was something in this game's options to change it.
Thoughts?

You could always just turn off attune requirements via MOD.

In 5E that +1 back scratchier is classes as an epic item so I get where your coming from.

That said I like the cap. If forces tough choices when that item shows up but you do not want to get rid of something else.

It's only an hour Short rest to attune to a new item, so just swap em out for different areas

I am OK with the 3 attuned item limit but there are several magic items in Solasta that are just not worth an attunement "slot." The Boots of Elvenkind, Chime of Opening, and Periapt of Health or Poison for example, do not requirement attunement in the DMG but they do in Solasta.

To me the biggest example for unnecessary attunement is the Scimitar of the anfarels from lost valley, a attunement slot for +2 to Intimidation checks, either drop attuenement or add the radiant damage the description talks about since a +2 weapon with extra damage and a minor effect may just be worth the attunement.

There are magical items that don't need attunement or only need attunement for some of an items features.

Seems a bit inconsistently applied? The scimitar is a good example of one that doesn't really make sense
