Ok, so all three bones are in the surface area with two in barrels (use the camera to turn around cottages, etc, and the third in the castle courtyard area. Sneak in to get it maybe so you don't have that fight? I MAY try that later.
edit : mb your supposed to bring it in caer flyen
edit : mb i finished the EA anyway

Personally, I recommend returning to town after defeating Aksha but before encountering Mardracht because you will have lots of (heavy) loot and faction items worth selling plus recipes to craft. This would give you the opportunity to finish the "Bones" quest -- once it is possible to complete -- and, possibly, if you return to the dwarf ghost he would give you some more information regarding the castle or other quests.
This is assuming, however, that you have enough food to survive an 11-day across the Badlands.
That only happens after you encounter Mardracht.
Nope, i just tested, did not encounter him yet, I am at the puzzle floor, headed back to town but cannot buy basically anything. The stock of the items is 0. You can only buy back the things you sell. And can buy candles and a chain Mail, but everything else now has stock of 0, including rations even tho they used to replenish over time.
Interesting, I was able to use the merchants but I only sold stuff -- and not buy anything -- which sounds like the previously reported bug and not a intentional design decision.
You can buy stuff untill you have encountered Mardracht. After the encounter the early access ends.
Angbi's bones quest is not finished yet. After you collect all the bones and go back to Caer Cyflen the contact doesnt trigger the quest completion
