Channel Divinity: Preserve Life Spell BROKEN or ???

I'm particularly salty right now as I've been getting some terrible RNG today, but aside from that, I've tried to cast that Dam&^*&^ Preserve Life Cleric spell twice now and each time it heals everyone for a freaking goose egg (ZERO). It says in the combat log that all of the characters I'm trying to heal are at full health. Well, they are not I can tell ya that!! Anyway, if someone or the dev can tell me why this is happening, I would greatly appreciate it.

And while I'm ranting :), is anyone else having problems getting any damage whatsoever out of the cleric spell inflict wounds? I'm supposed to get 3 x d10 damage but I am routinely getting damage one or two from it. I tried it again today with the same result, so this wasn't a pre-patch issue (same with the above).

Preserve life heals up to half health-if you are above half, it does nothing.

I haven't tried using inflict wounds but creatures can be resistant to damage types. If they are resistant to necrotic then the average damage you're going to do with it is about 8. It's entirely possible that it's not working right, of course. EA is certainly not bug-free.

Confirmed. Preserve Life does nothing. My Fighter is at 5/31 and didn't get ANYTHING at all back, and he was only 3 steps away.

More game breaking bugs to add to the list! The more you play the more you discover. It started out as a really good game. The DLCs just break stuff.

1) Do you have any mods installed?
2) Did you have a debuff, like Chill Touch, that blocks healing on you at the time?
3) Were any other characters healed by the effect? Note that the number of hit restored is 5x the Cleric's level.
